i know many hate windows 11's reduced right click menu on the desktop, but me? i love it.
for so long i hated all them other applications that made the list so long all options could not fit on my screens.
what i need is a Settings section where we can edit what is shown in the right-click menu..

For peace of mind DISABLE Scroll Inactive window when i hover over it.
This garbage was enable and it wasn't that enabled it.. cause so much frustration... especially in games.
