Super-simple (mostly store-cupboard) cassoulet: pack of sausages, two tins of mixed beans, tin of sieved crushed tomatoes (or passata), splash of red wine vinegar, good teaspoon of dried thyme. I just drop it all in the slow cooker and leave it on low for the day whilst I’m out at work.

Ngā mihi e hoa. I adore your coastal sunrise photos and videos - the sun rises behind the hills where we are, so we don’t get quite the same early fire. On the plus side, here in Korokoro we get the other end of the day, with the sunsets.
