First cycle of 2025 - the classic combination of fair weather cyclist and “all the gear with no idea” - clearly what was called for was a 30k cycle. It is of course all uphill for the last 4k! With 2K left muscles were cramping that I never knew existed! 😂 🚲☀️

6K canal run in Manchester in the sunshine. Time for cool down, shower, pint and then dinner with colleagues. Happily paid the £1.20 Manchester tourist tax! Looking forward to tomorrow’s @policywise.bsky.social roundtable

Good to back on the indoor bike after not being able to get it working over the winter. Seems to have fixed itself 😂 Another string to the fitness campaign bow. My watch tells me k did far more calories than the @zwift app 🚴♀️
