If we already allowed these Utility Recreational Vehicles (URV) to drive around in some city streets (at least in small rural towns), then why can’t we have these small Japanese vehicles?

2/2- concerned about lack of foot traffic’s around. Let the businesses logos slapped on the building and let world know that there are businesses inside the Town Square complex and all other skywalk spaces. Architects and urban planners ought to step up!

Noticed there are not that many speed bumps around MPLS… Any reason why? Is it because of snow plowing issue?
