👍Been doing the same work out every other day for a couple months. Dug a deep fitness hole, but slowly climbing out. Warm enough here in CT to run outside, so skipping the treadmill. :)

We seem to be in a period of time where want to be dictators and actual dictators are the norm. I was stationed in Korea in 1988-89, when Roh TW was in charge, just after the military dictatorship of Chun DH. Interesting times.
