I am reasonably confident that this whipping cream is 'organic' '35% fat' and that 'Nov 20' is a reasonable best before date. Regrettably, I much more confident that it is NOT a zero CO2 carton. Carbon labeling is 100% fraudulent. That is a problem inhibiting real progress on climate goals.
