I don’t like fish, but in an effort to unbig my back, I cooked fish for diner two nights this week. I still don’t like it, but if eating it will help me reach my goal weight, then I’m all for it.

I went to a church holiday gathering at Carrabba’s last night. At 37 ys/o, I was the youngest person in the group, but it was cool though. I just sat there and soaked up as much wisdom as I could.💪🏾

It’s Thanksgiving and I’m not doing a doggone thing. We drove to Louisiana to see my niece and were just chilling at the hotel before we go out to dinner.

The older I get, the less my vocal cords wanna act right. That’s why I always extend grace to maturing vocalists; time catches up with everyone. I’m just playing around on the keys waiting for youth choir rehearsal to begin. This was my go to song when asked to sing growing up.

I did a little singing tonight. The wardrobe was colored bottoms with a denim &/or white top. I found these burgundy pants at Goodwill a few months ago for $7. I’ve lost weight over the last few months & I’m trying new things style wise. It feels good.👌🏾

I donated blood this afternoon. It’s been a long time since I’ve last given blood, and to be honest, I was low-key nervous, but it was smooth sailing. It’s important for black people to donate blood due to our rare blood types and ethnicity; we provide better matches for our community.
