like yeah I remember hitting my arm on something but idk what it was, I just knew when I did it, it would bruise. but the bruise on the back of my hand??? not a single clue! I try to be so careful about my hands bc I need them to work and I already have arthritis so like….. what did I do yesterday

the part of it that gets me every time is if I didn’t fall, no one would have ever known…. but my whole family was in the kitchen at the time (like right by the bathroom) so they heard me and were like ??? are you okay??? and I had to explain my folly…….
