I fell while skiing and suffered a brain contusion and hippocampal damage. After that, I tweet as part of my rehabilitation.

Today I had a regular report at the hospital. I saw the CTU of my brain after a long time since I was injured, and there was a lot of bleeding. I'm impressed that I've recovered so well.

My headaches may get worse on days me go to work or days my don't. I found that going to work didn't stress me out and make my headaches worse.

Lately, I've been having trouble sleeping at night. Taking Chinese herbal medicine will help you sleep more easily. I don't think it's a good idea to rely on medicine, but I think it's better than not being able to sleep. That's why I use herbal medicine.

It's been a year since my brain injury. At least I can now rely on me at work.
It's hard because some people can't do their job, but I teach them how to set up their work so that it doesn't stress me out, although that person does give me stress. That person is my boss in terms of position.

My head hurts when I use my brain in various ways. Since it's a brain contusion, there shouldn't be any pain, so it's probably coming from stiffness in the shoulders and neck caused by tension.
