According to his bio, he was a former police officer. I’m not entirely sure, but I’ve seen some commentary on this platform suggesting that he is a member of the RW faction.

Hopefully if Albo fumbles this, it’s the independents that clean up and hold the balance of power, and not the LNP. Agree though, it’s gonna be an interesting campaign #auspol

The problem with this “balanced” reporting is that, same with the BBC, they tend to talk both sides of political issues, even when one is clearly wrong and should be rejected.

I learned this watching some woeful movies on Netflix. I realised that if I’m not vibing it, to just give up on it and move on to something else. I don’t think I’ve ever persisted and been rewarded by the end.

Agree, with the exception of Anika Wells, who got gifted numerous media-friendly portfolios even though she is fairly new and has had a fairly easy go of it this term. Definitely feels like she is being groomed for the big leagues at Labor HQ.

I wouldn’t be surprised if she throws in the towel. She spent the entire term covering a controversial portfolio and now this. Resignation in January ahead of an election call?
