I’ve been trying out inclusions with my sourdough. 😊 This one is a blueberry lemon that I gave half to my infusion nurse today. Never in my mind did I ever think I’d be baking bread.

For the few that may remember, Helga still has her traveling pants and she’s realized she can lay it out in her sleeping spot as a pillow. #cat

The cat with not only a ragweed allergy, but also eucalyptus, mulberry, black ants (we live in SoCal, basically a giant anthill) and house flies. All were ranked a 5 out of a 4 point scale. I give her weekly allergy shots at home.

Behold my second attempt at bread making. My first wasn’t worth taking a picture of 😂. I used the Preppy Kitchen’s artisanal bread recipe off of YT. At least this one looks like bread.
