Man, had a week off #gamedev and decided to try and make some music for this little fish tank game... its definitely well out of my comfort zone 🫣 hopefully I will have something that doesn't offend ears to show off soon 😂

Bored fish move around slower and have a slight variation in their art... also temporary bars to replace the boring numbers 🙌 I might look at adding some cooldowns on the buttons to give some challenge other than waiting for the bars to fill 😅 #gamedev #indiedev

My fish got an upgrade!... turns out using a reference image helps! The only reason I did increase the resolution was to help me do some animations... totally not because I was procrastinating on actual #gamedev work 👀

Decided on making a "small" virtual pet game over the past week and I'm trying to avoid every urge to listen to the scope creep in my brain... I chose to make an aquarium, well, fish tank, with 1 fish to feed, clean and help keep happy... by adding more fish, oh boy😬 "fish" for reference #gamedev

Haven't had time to fully get back into making games yet, but in the meantime I've been getting some art practice in by following "Flik Silverpen's Guide To Making Maps" (which is fantastic!) and applying the ideas to pixel art... Here's my progress so far... #pixelart
