As I'm included in growing our team, getting to know people, working on our job ads, etc. I can say: these points resonate very much in my head. BUT: focussing solely on senior talents is not our way – isn't it better to learn together, to grow together. So for us the most important thing (1/2)

Oh yes 🙌 To me it seems, one thing is style of „management“ - c-level-persons of companies requiring work in the office because they have the urge to control them. But - surprise 🥳 - you cannot weigh a lack of trust by monitoring closely. Imho trust is the foundation of good collaboration i.e. teams

A compilation of wet dreams cherished by every manager, so vivid yet seemingly unattainable. And they remain perplexed as to why.
