Turning Gmail and Outlook to "Contacts-only" mode.
Good progress but Still needed:

1. SPF Record (TXT on root milavoxx.com):
v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all

2. DMARC Record (TXT on _dmarc.milavoxx.com):
v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:dmarc@milavoxx.com
Private Site
milavoxx.com

3. DMARC Record (TXT on _dmarc):
v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:dmarc@milavoxx.com
(Start with p=none to monitor, then move to p=quarantine or p=reject)

Without these, emails from this domain will likely end up in spam folders.

Your Domain needs a lot

What's needed:

1. SPF Record (TXT on root domain):
v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all

2. DKIM Record (TXT on google._domainkey):
- Generate in Google Admin Console → Apps → Google Workspace → Gmail → Authenticate email
- Will look like: v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIG…

Don't delete! Just archive.
And maybe better? keep only known contacts and the people you interacted with on your inbox. The rest? can go to Outsiders Label.

Mark, we can also help!
We move emails from unknown senders to a different label.
You can also customize for first time senders so you don't miss expected emails :)
