💜 Just My Thoughts On A NotePad I used to flinch in quiet houses. I would get restless when nothing was wrong. My body was always bracing for something to snap, even when no one was around. That is the damage dysfunction leaves behind, your baseline becomes fear, your calm becomes a trigger. I have had to teach myself that not everything still needs surviving. That I am not in danger just because it feels unfamiliar to feel safe. This is not tension, it is stillness. And I am allowed to have it. Zenda-Lee Williams

The onslaught from my feed has been paralyzing, and today I suddenly remembered the temporary mute feature.

I appreciate the discussion, but the whiplash of TTRPG talk and then irl doom has been a bit too much.

Guess who got to see Weird Owl in person!..

Well not me, but Weird Al was the closer for the Puddles Pity Party show, so that was pretty great.

Nice to see a big talent like Puddles give the old guard one last appearance.

Sometimes things just don't "flow" well enough, and sometimes they are just too linear.
