and they start spiraling closer faster (because of the conservation of angular momentum less radius means higher speed) and when they finally collide it just becomes a bigger blackhole since theyre just concentrated mass and more mass=bigger black hole-

if they collide directly, nothing really just a bigger black hole, if they take time to collide however, or at an angle (which is more common) they start spinning and orbiting each other intensely, releasing a lot of gravitational waves, as they lose more and more energy the orbits start to decay-
