Finally, some good news.
July 4, 2025 at 2:26 AM
I hope states with democratic governors step up and limit what they can.

And Crime Rises too. When you are hungry, when you are without a job, when you are suffering, you do desperate things.
July 4, 2025 at 1:25 AM
Think of all the people who showed up to a protest, and all the people who couldn't. That should be enough to at least get through the month of July. We do it everyday, every centrist democrat, every Republican.

Thoughts???

I think this sort of sustained, not letting up type of effort is needed now. And maybe something like this is easier and more flexible for people. If you leave in a rural area, a group can carpool. You can drop off a letter on your way to work, at lunch, on a day off. 🧵

They come with a letter, and they simply walk in, drop it off, say "I demand that Senator Cornyn begin standing up to fascism." And then leave. And if the office is closed, they slide it through the door slot, or leave it at the front door. 🧵

no signs, just sustained visits through the entire day. It might look like this:

Between 8:00 and 5:00, M -F, people sign up for a specific block of time. i.e. Mary Jane has signed up to arrive between 8:00 and 9:00. As have about 75 to 100 other people. 🧵
July 4, 2025 at 1:22 AM
We have had some great protests, lots of phone calls, and lots of letters.

What if we were able to have a sustained effort at each Representatives and Senator's office? Maybe it looks something like this: 500 to a 1,000 people show up to their local offices everyday. Not all at once, 🧵
July 4, 2025 at 1:22 AM
I would think that would not be allowed. Clearly it is, they did, but how and why?
July 4, 2025 at 1:04 AM
People are not. It will be a major shock to anyone.

I don't know who can answer this question; How did this kind of budgetary increase pass the Byrd Rule and through the Parliamentarian? When you increase one agencies budget over double, you are essentially changing the entire scope of an agency.

I have been leaving them messages for many weeks now. Including today.

I feel like we need alot of class action lawsuits right now. Isn't their a way we can file one against the Heritage Foundation??
June 27, 2025 at 7:07 PM
It is, truly. Rubio is pestilence/conquest, look at all the US Aid cuts. Hegseth of course is War. Vance is famine, fighting for cuts to SNAP. And of course Trump is death, because we will all suffer for his greed and indifference.

Not to mention how many different ways Christian's beliefs differ.

We are 90 in South Texas. That's cool for us at this time of the year. Thank you for keeping the heat up there with you.
June 24, 2025 at 6:51 PM
Yep.
June 24, 2025 at 6:24 PM
And without a plan for Vance and the rest of the Heritage Foundation Cabinet, it will not change a thing.
June 23, 2025 at 2:18 AM
Hard to believe that was 20 years ago. Let's hope we keep the public from buying the BS this time.

John Leguizamo does, regularly.
