I believe they lost lots of their port dates to the new Viking ship, but they still have to go somewhere with their American-based crew. There are PLENTY of olds that will book this.

I think we're definitely going to be there at some point tomorrow (my friend and I are staying at my Mom's on Saturday night because it's closer to our float for Sunday). It's become our Saturday tradition!

I know it sounds silly, but I took my first bite and my body was SO happy. And then I had the first awesome night of sleep in like a week, and am feeling fully recharged to conquer the weekend and ride on Sunday.

Some modifications based on what I had on hand -- small shells instead of ditalini, one slice of bacon diced instead of the pancetta and I added three diced cloves of fresh garlic. It was so good, I kept "checking it" with a spoon even before the pasta was cooked!

I know Joe got flu & Covid, but also maybe TDAP at the same time and he had heart palpitations so bad I made him go to the ER to make sure he was OK!
