To clarify the album is European Portuguese. I can speak the language but I struggle already with mainland accents let alone Brazilian (I learned Azorean Portuguese from my grandfather and barely since he is not well educated)

Again you're missing the point that people don't want to be forced to communicate on one specific platform. Discord is and always will be optional. You can't force someone to use it.

Social media allows transparency in reporting so it should not be discredited without due diligence. Especially in a small community such as VR it's usually the quickest way to spread word about issues affecting the majority.

Tracking the source of a report is as easy as creating a spreadsheet and documenting the data with date, source, correspondence, and any relevant links. Encrypt and give your admins access to edit. For ease of access use a cloud solution and backup regularly to a local machine.

Your community is not happy that you require people to report via a discord ticket. A discord ticket is not a secure means of storing and archiving information. Accepting reports from all forms of public communications is important. Plenty of other ways to archive information safely and securely.
