It's the great fraud of the late-20th into 21st century - the vast consolidation of wealth into the capital class, whilst even those comfortably above average salaries struggle to save for retirement and those on low income scrape by if they even manage that

I've made a similar point that's actually convinced some right-wingers - millionaires are good, they use specialist services and goods requiring lots of employees; billionaires are economically inefficient to an economy as capital pools into a single person or family and inefficiently utilised
