Almost all sewing is done by people. Even machine assisted, people. From no-margin-for-error space suits sewn by lingerie makers to tshirts serged together by the millions. It takes years to train a maker whose products last. And the only places doing the training are being vilified. Winning.

Chicken thighs in a Pyrex 9x9.
Squeeze a lemon over them.
Mix 1/2-3/4c mayo, 2T grated Parmesan cheese, whatever Italian herbs/spices you fancy
Spread mixture over chicken.
Bake at 350° for 20 min. Check it.
Bake at 375°. Check temp every 5 until 160°
