So - a service entirely funded by taxes has a gatekeeper to decide if a taxpayer should be able to access information about how this service is performing. Good to know.

In mid-Auguest Globe and Mail said 150 Canadians had been "detained" including several toddlers. What has happened to them? Global Affairs Canada still has US travel listed as low risk on their travel advisories. How many Canadians have to be "detained" for this travel advisory to change?
