Oh it wasn't just me..
I felt really awake this morning and haven't felt like I was gonna pass out my whole 8 hour shift. And my Blood pressure dropped by 10. They really do work a lot. Tho I have severe sleep apena with 84 times I stopped breathing per hour. I want to say CPAPs work as a good temporary solution.
