Listened to this today while working from home. Legit it has the same "problem" both Schubert Dip and Stigma (which are really really good btw) have where the music itself is really good but something about the vocals doesn't click as well as it should for me? Still a bop and it's 4/4 on good songs

started reading G2 to get myself out of this recent comics burnout and so far it's sick. I'm really digging Jhiaxus more than I expected? For some reason he reminds me of BM Megs with how they both try to lie that they're above the factions war when they just want to be in control instead

Caught up to Gozyuger. I'm loving it lmfao. Kinda put it off bc BoonBoom burned me out by the middle of the season but this is the stuff I love from a Sentai show. Kinjiro and Sumino are my favs so far but I like all 5 a lot which is rare to happen from the start

Okay I liked ep 2 a lot more. I think the school plotline works way better than the pure ultra one but both are fun so far. The stuff with Takeshi and his student was adorable and him realizing he was 80 all along was so sweet especially at the end. Kinda dreading ep 14 now lmao

First ep was pretty sweet! The whole teacher protag thing is the biggest reason I wanted to try it and the attack team being so inexperienced to the point they have to recruit Takeshi was a cool idea

Ultraman 80's getting released weekly on yt now so I guess I'm making a little live watch thread to go alongside it.
