I keep hearing Democrats say that everyone would be held accountable. How is that? Going to happen if Trump pardons everyone? Why don’t Democrats supporting amending the constitution that allows Congress to revoke presidential pardons?

How are these people going to be held accountable if Trump just pardoned them before he leaves? We need a constitutional amendment to override presidential pardons.
