Update, for sure bought a 5070ti lol the 5080 seemed pointless since they both had 16gb of vram. The 5080 should have had 24gb; I feel like a 5080 Super would have 24gb to correct that, but now we may never know. Thanks ai 🙃

Sadly, that PSU is $220 and the ventus is $1300. I just check MSI’s website. Neweggs bundles are just whatever the prices are of the items together of the board partners prices. I’d happily pay $220 for that PSU, but not $1300 for a card that isn’t worth the $1000

We’re taxed WAY too much in general, and property taxes are a good chunk for those who have them.
That lets me roll right into my next point which is they need to stop taxing so much. Makes no sense to get taxed when we get money and again when we spend it. It’s all government tax, tax us once.

To that second point, it came to mind when I saw a post from someone saying their property tax has tripled in 5 years, which should never be the case. When the county takes their initial assessment for the property with the house built on it, the tax amount shouldn’t change past then.

That’s dumb.
It won’t happen here in the countries current state, but it SHOULD. I think one of two options should happen.
Either
1) we also no longer have to pay property taxes when we pay off the house, or
2) they only charge us property tax based off of its worth when we buy it
