The beatings will continue until morale improves. He’s every asshole boss that anyone ever had. Only difference is he doesn’t actually “work” for the company. Just another consultant that doesn’t understand the company he’s working for. Making cuts that won’t do a damn thing for the bottom line.

Thank you for speaking up. I know it has come at great cost. I’ve called my senators and representatives but coming from a deep red state, they obviously don’t care. What can ordinary citizens do? Feeling very hopeless.
