Have pigeons up north adapted to be white to blend in with winter snow, and this one got somehow misplaced? Or, is this an honest-to-goodness freak of nature?

"I don't live in Dallas, but listen up Dallasites: Do not tear down your Dallas City Hall. That building is a work of art and, face it folks, you do not have that many good-looking buildings in Dallas."

Media outlets are parroting each other referring to the deployment of USS Ford as the world's largest warship. But while being the first of a new, technologically advanced class, Ford class carriers aren't aren't any bigger than their preceding Nimitz class carriers. They're just more sophisticated.
