Calling all birders: What's a snow white pigeon doing pecking around in downtown Dallas?

Have pigeons up north adapted to be white to blend in with winter snow, and this one got somehow misplaced? Or, is this an honest-to-goodness freak of nature?

Enquiring minds want to know.

Reading the tea leaves is difficult in yet another perplexing Trump pardon. What's particularly odd: this is one of five Democratic Texas Congressional districts the GOP Legislature targeted to flip.

Regardless of how SCOTUS decides, the victor in this district will owe Trump a favor.
