Also, Alvis v. Shilling should apply. Insurrection is a felony. Those that provide aid and comfort to insurrectionists, commit insurrection. This wouldn't be an issue had they followed the 14th amendment.

I'll agree that a judge should not be held to civil penalties for his/her decisions. This, however, is just shy of treason. It should be treated as such.

Just remember, the law states that those that provide aid and comfort to an insurrectionist, are guilty of the same. The SCOTUS has no immunity from the law. Treat them like the felons that they are.

Some of my former classmates attempted to do that to me, for the same reason. These were people I haven't seen in decades. However......I own the company so.......

For me, sunrise is just before I leave for work and sunset happens just before I get home. I prefer the night as it is cooler. There is not much of a winter here, except in February. You can almost swim year round.

It was done before and can be done again. Every johnny reb was disenfranchised. This is no different. The christo-fascists are an immediate and imminent threat to all of us. Disenfranchisement is the LEAST that is acceptable. On the latter, I think incarceration is more suitable.

I am deep in red country where it takes 3-5 days just to pick a jury. People believe things with zero evidence to support a claim......think Pizzagate. It is very difficult to get a fair trial because of the dumbing down of population.
