A lot of things give me the warm fuzzies, but nothing surprises and delights half as much as spotting the first fireflies of the season on the dark, country road home.

It’s 4:28 am and I am at a crossroad.

Do I roll the dice on a hopeful 90 minutes of sleep before my toddler starts stirring…

Or, do I cut my losses, get the hell up, and risk waking my toddler early?

I am 35-years old, and I’m STILL trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up.

Old Me: GET YOUR LIFE TOGETHER.

Current Me: My talents will make room for me—I’m vibing and enjoying the journey. 💃🏾

Watching Sparkshots on Disney+ with my little one, and I’m in awe of the heart, messages, and visual art styles found within the collection.

Quite a few of them made me tear up, too. Lovely short form storytelling. ❤️

I *think* I’ve accomplished a lot in my 35 years, but I’m stupidly proud that my grim reaper fingers may be turning into quasi-green thumbs.

Too early to tell, really. But progress is progress when it comes to amateur hydroponic gardening. 💯 🌱
