2/ Who are the evil brains behind all of the chaos. During his last term he was reigned in, there’s no one now to stop him from tearing this country to shreds. I’m hoping that some of you who are more knowledgeable have any idea how he can be stopped? Are there ANY guardrails?

Seriously, that’s what he does. Unfortunately there’s always someone there to plop him back up. He’s never been accountable for anything.
