Something unexpected happened at the @meidascanada.ca town hall in Victoria.
A group of young Afghan girls who escaped the Taliban showed up and asked to speak. They told their story of the fight for education and the need for Canada to help.

It’s not complex. People can see with their eyes. He’s repellent to voters due to a toxic combination of exhausting amounts of cringe (see cheese head hat), desperate thirstiness (that fatal “hey, look at me mommy” vibe) and irritating arrogance (he’s not even from this school)

There are a lot of famous Canadians living in the United States. I’ve been wondering when they would start speaking up in defence of Canada. We know it’s a hard thing to do, but they know it’s the right thing to do. I hope Mike Myers is the beginning of a tidal wave.
