Cashtokens brought BCH close to EVM capability and lightyears ahead of ordinals. In fact BCH experimented with "ordinals" called Simple Ledger Protocol years before BTC but the experienced limitations led to the better solution: Cashtokens.

There is no Bitcoin Cash ETF to my knowledge at the moment. However there are a few proposals.

The problem isn't ownership though. It is control. BTC is controlled by a small group that don't let it scale. BCH broke free and scales and is usable by everyone.

If real world users come onchain BTC will be clogged in no time. Fees will rise and tx will become unreliable. Then people will leave and Maxis will tell us:"See everything works fine the fees have come down again"
