You can alternate Tylenol if you can take it by 2 hours and see if the mix helps or you can try wiping yourself down with rubbing alcohol and water and sometimes that will pull a temp
down. My mom used to give my alcohol and water baths to break fevers but I don’t know what the ratio was.
