The “Are They Fighting?”:
Add grenadine & vodka to a glass and stir. Fill glass with ice. Combine ginger beer & blue curacao separately. Hold upside down spoon over the glass and VERY SLOWLY pour the curacao & ginger beer mixture over to create a blue layer on top. Stir together before drinking.
