BREAKING: Per Michael Pegram of @nbcwashington.com, Six Flags has killed Kings Dominion's WinterFest.

I've covered some sad KD developments over the years, but this one easily takes the cake. This is an enormous loss for not only KD but the whole region. Deeply depressing.

BREAKING! @KingsDominionVA has filed demolition permits for TWO attractions with Hanover County—Anaconda (as we previously leaked and as KD later confirmed) AND Berserker, the park's Intamin Looping Starship.

Anyone else taking any "preventative," "just-in-case" final rides this Winterfest? Anaconda is confirmed dead, but there's always a chance there could be more if Carowinds or Great Adventure are any indicator—and rare, retro flats like Berserker are certainly prime candidates...

I had no idea #KingsDominion released a second shirt featuring Project: 305! Every bit as cheesy and just generally bad as the first, but this will be some mighty rare merch one day! 👀

Local news station, WDBJ7, has leaked the official name & theme for the Intimidator/Project 305 overhaul coming to #KingsDominion in 2025, PANTHERIAN!
