Oh hey, I know this! It was from obscenity laws back in the 70's. The position of our delightful government is that any more than 5 sex toys indicates intent to sell them, and selling them is obscene. Obviously it's a way to extend control (over mostly women).

As far as decennial celebrations go, I have been playing Skyrim (for the first time ever!) over the past several days, and with some heavy modding I'm getting to enjoy one of the most fun games I've ever played with my beautiful, wonderful, delightful, lovely girls!
