There's a 5K in San Diego today but I got up at 5am and drove to Hermosa Beach so I could support the charity 5K of my awesome childhood friend Cathy Caplener and her campaign to let people know that they matter, are valued, and are a meaningful part of this world. #YouAreEnough

Rant alert - Posted this on Facebook tonight: For a while I thought that the word broligarchy (combining techbro and oligarchy) was the word of 2024, but in the end I can't get away from enshittification, the perfect word to describe how online platforms are becoming worse for users.

Foggy weather for the annual charity Run for Hope 5K in Balboa Park. It was tough for me to run it this year but I grinded it out. Thinking of my beloved aunt Sofi who used to walk these with us. I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving day.
