Yes, you can use @10xgenomics.bsky.social Xenium high resolution transcriptomics on plants. Jhu et al. wrote a "how-to-guide" with specific protocol modifications. Medicago truncatula roots and nodules FFPE tissue, 480 genes. Check it out here: www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...
