Organizers (& other folks) base some of these estimates on the rsvp count...but *tons* of attendees don't rsvp! An analysis of the photos / videos would show the more accurate numbers.

Ffs...my ancestors who came had their family name changed because it was transcribed incorrectly & they were just your garden variety western European farmers & not dealing w/different alphabets! People *absolutely* had their names changed, whether by choice or not.

I'm seeing even sketchy local coverage of some things (town halls, protests) but we also do have local institutions who are absolutely holding the line (not allowing ICE into schools, for example). Here, it definitely seems like lack of coverage vs lack of resistance.

SO many things can have sneaky gluten from seasonings, broth, etc etc. Also, many wineries apparently use flour paste when sealing wine barrels, so it can contaminate otherwise gf wine! 😪
