Atop today's stack--why have no new popular musical genres emerged, since the 1990's, after the prior two decades had seen the spread of adult contemporary, punk, disco, hip-hop, grunge, and others? Maybe capitalism is not so innovative, after all.

Every prior stock market decline since WWII was met with a bond buy-up. Beginning on April 7, there was a huge sell-off of U.S. Savings Bonds. What does this mean to YOUR social class interests? Not much, since you labor for a living. But it means things have changed.
