Wrapping up a full week of dropping in to help teach 8th graders at Falling Creek Middle School their chemistry equations 🧪📐

Coming back to the same school where I once sat learning these very equations is one of my favorite things to do every year 💙✨📚

I’m fortunate to have had amazing volunteers with me as I worked as the site director for the HD-77 firehouse primary. It was a long day, but a rewarding one — grateful to be part of the work that keeps our elections moving forward!

Had a great time attending NCNW’s Uncommon Height Honors this past weekend! Connected with powerful women leaders from several chapters across the country.

Wrapped up another semester teaching at VSU! Grateful for the chance to guide my students as we explored how systems, communities, and lived experiences shape our health. Teaching continues to remind me why equity, access, and opportunity matter in every corner of our lives.

I was especially proud to be joined by my amazing mom, a disabled veteran, and my two incredible daughters. Seeing three generations of women showing up together is a powerful statement for women leadership!

It was wonderful hearing Debra share her vision with the Liberal Women of Chesterfield County this morning. Was also great to meet so many kind and engaged women who care deeply about elevating Democratic leadership here in Chesterfield.
