Thank you so much. It was wonderful to sit down with my son after school and watch as you reached and surpassed the old record. It was even more wonderful to be able to show him an example of a man with integrity and courage standing up to injustice.

I'm absolutely astonished by the amount of caving that is happening. Executive branch taking over Congressional powers? Senators just throw their hands in the air and say how crazy it is.
Trump interferes with private business? Aw man, this sucks!
Americans can only stand by and watch for so long.

Yeah, that last one gets me. Can you even imagine the uproar had things been reversed, and this happen under a democratic president? And it's an uproar that SHOULD take place, regardless of party.

Of course! That's why we voted for him!

I'm so happy to see her out there, speaking up for all of us. I very much look forward to watching where she goes in the next year.

Totally on our own here. Maybe it's time. As a nation, we've let our personal power slowly trickle up. Let this be a wakeup call for us all, and let us respond by reclaiming the power we are all imbued with at birth- the power to control the direction of our lives.

I think this is so on point. How many times have I heard a friend or family member say, "Somebody needs to do something." Yeah, YOU!
If you see something, do something. That's how we take our power back, and keep it.

He did get one thing right- he IS a deadly threat to humans.

Gardens are an often overlooked form of self-empowerment 💚

All those small things are what life is made of. All the bullshit happening here and worldwide- there might be something coming down the pipeline for us. But, for many of us, today we are safe, and life is at least ok. We can't forget to live in the present moment, and appreciate the small things.

I feel like that really epitomizes so much of what's happening right now. Invade Panama, reduce grocery prices, annex Canada, buy/takeover Greenland. All empty as fuck.
