Yeah if you hit start there is a option that says missions. You can also track missons in the actual mission tab too.

End of the fight is just a cutscene, anime sketch style where the enemy gets blasted away in a white light, but it's just Tidus hitting Jecht with the Jecht shot and he can't believe he mastered it.

If collection 2 is like the first one, it'll be arcade ports, so no home console features. ( I got kinda bummed when I found I couldn't do world tour in sfa3 in the first collection)
