Sorry to hear that, but glad it's not as bad as it was for you. I've no idea about surgery. I don't have the funds and I'm on my own, so recovery would be hard as well. There are also very few surgeons for SSCD here in the Philippines, and some patients say theirs came back a few years post-surgery

Nope. My quality of life gets worse every year, but I can't go for surgery just yet. It sucks, tbh. But we gotta stay upright. I hope you're alright, too 💗
