He isn’t t a wonderful person. My friend is. But she listens to her pastor and is a one issue voter on abortion. She believes (chooses to believe) that what I tell her is fake news and that I’m a good person but misinformed. How do we fight against that?

This is the kind of thing that separates people. Not all MAGA supporters are illiterate. That is the horrifying thing. Some are college educated, wonderful people. I know because some are friends and relatives. Until we understand that, the left is going to struggle.
