Happy #NationalWomensInSportsDay for all who celebrate. Grateful for more opportunities for women to play sports and to watch women play sports. We still have some work to do, but teaching #8 that the sky is the limit! #GirlPower

Thanksgiving therapy session: peonies, kids making place cards, solo 5 mile run, hosting my parents and FIL, yummy food, family 2 mile night walk.

Todays therapy session included painting nails with my 6yr old, making chocolate chip pumpkin cookies with my 8yr old, and donating a bunch of clothes and food. Quality time, self-care, and food is good for the soul.

Today’s therapy session- hanging out with this fluffy puppy! Also- going for a run in my neighborhood and getting to see my neighbors pet pig, Velma munching on some apples from a tree that had fallen on my way back. Animals are good therapy.
