I say I didn’t take many photos - at one point I was homing in on the spring onion sourdough and this jumped out and almost made me want to eat bacon again so I decided it was photo-worthy.

Went to Stafford for the weekend, saw lots of lovely things, didn’t take many pictures and bought myself a moon.

Went to a gig on a school night, walked silly steps, bounced and sang and now I think I may need a new hip (and also possibly some new knees). Loved it. Thank god I’ve booked tomorrow off work.

I got home from work yesterday to find my lovely friend sitting on my sofa (my daughter let her in, she’s not a burglar), bearing belated birthday gifts including the biggest, shiniest fan ever. If anyone wants to know when the hot weather will end, I think I can tell you it’s now.

I’ve been here, there and everywhere today. Laughed at a 3 year old snoring like an old man, played with a 9 week old baby and then cuddled with this little tot, who’s only a week older. Look at his little white toes 😍

Life is a bit crazy right now and the only way I can keep up is reminders in my phone and work diary. Probably a good thing because according to autocarrot, if I went old school I wouldn’t be writing reminders on my hands and arms in biro, I’d be doing it in burp. Classy.
