So you are both right to some extent, veg oils can be healthy in moderation but omega 6 is inflammation promoting and NA food is completely overloaded with it. Its a "too much" problem that tips the oils into unhealthy. Speaking as a girl with autoimmune that can't eat much veg/seed oils.

No literally though, I was looking at the amount of additives that are banned here in Canada and in the UK that aren't banned in the USA and its crazy. Same products, entirely different ingredients. Your fruit loops look radioactive and taste worse somehow!
