Definitely. And agree it’s crap that minimum wage isn’t living wage. Daughter’s BF just got an apprenticeship & he’s signed a contract but hasn’t got a copy. He worked 3 weeks before he got paid.

If he wasn’t a casual employee they have to give him notice & if it’s redundancy then that’s a whole other process. But if he’s been getting holiday pay every wage then good chance they have him as casual
